I will always fondly remember Mrs. Swift. She was the librarian who rightfully so, had to evict me from the library frequently. My condolences to the family.

I'm so sorry to hear of Barb's passing. She was a dear lady who made high school fun for me. I still remember our trip to Fargo and waffles at her house. She will be dearly missed.

John, Kathy and family. I will always have fond memories of Barb. I feel like I grew up in her house. If I needed to talk or just wanted a lunch partner she was there. She was a great woman. I admired her strong belief in God and his teachings and she lived her life the way the good lord wanted her to. She will be greatly missed. May she be lifted up to the lord for eternal rest.

Kathy and family, My sympathy and prayers are with all of you. I count it a blessing that I was able to meet and enjoy your mom's company the several times I was home in Decorah and she was also there visiting. She was always very sweet and caring and I enjoyed our conversations together. I wish circumstances would allow me to be there with all of you. But I know you'll have many family and friends there to help support and comfort you. And if there is anything at all that I can do, please don't hesitate to ask. May the love of Christ be with all of you. In Christ's love, Paul
