Stanley Drozd

WEBSTER- Stanley Dozd, 81 of Webster died on Friday, March 3, 2006 at Webster. Fiksdal Funeral Service of Webster is in charge of the arrangements. No services will be held. Stanley J. Drozd was born on June 10, 1924 at Philadelphia, PA. He grew up there and attended parochial school and graduated from high school. He worked in New York City and after World War II he moved to Los Angeles, California with an older brother. He attended barber school and became a licensed barber. He operated his own barber shop in Santa Monica. He retired in 1990. In October 1997 he moved to Webster where he has lived since. He entered Bethesda Home in February 2002. Survivors include a close friend, Roger Wolff of Webster, SD. He was preceded in death by his parents and several siblings.
