Anita Voss

Anita Voss, 75, if Bristol and formerly of Andover, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at Sun Dial Manor in Bristol.

Private family services will be held.

Anita Mae Ott was born on January 10, 1947, at Aberdeen to Orville and Marcella (Van Riper) Ott. The family lived on a farm near Verdon. She attended grade school in Verdon and graduated from Groton High School in 1965.

On May 29, 1965, she married Gary Voss at Ferney. The couple made their home on a farm near Andover. To this union four children were born: Jon, Sheri, Jeff, and Tammy. Anita was a homemaker and helped Gary with the farming operation. She loved being on the farm and loved her cats. She especially cherished time spent with her family.

Anita passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at Sun Dial Manor at the age of 75 years, 9 months, and 16 days.

She will be forever loved and greatly missed by her husband of 57 years, Gary of Andover, children, Jon (Gayleen) Voss of Groton, SD, Sheri (Todd) Vander Wal of Volga, SD, Jeff (Becca) Voss of Webster, SD, and Tammy (Michael) Vig of Glenwood, MN. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, one brother Jerry (Bonnie) Ott of Rochester, MN, and one sister Donna (Steve) Job of Lead, SD. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Mel Ott, and one sister Gloria Gay Ott.
