Brandi Kate Beisch was born on September 30, 1986, to Arnie and Paula (Jens) Beisch at Webster, South Dakota. She grew up on the family farm near Waubay. She attended Waubay Public School and graduated in 2005. After graduation she spent many years in Watertown, South Dakota working for the Human Service Agency where she was loved by all the people she supported and the staff she supervised. In July 2023, Brandi made the decision to move back home to the family farm and do what she truly loved to do, work on the farm.

Brandi loved her family and would do anything for them. She especially loved being a mother and aunt to all her nieces and nephews. Brandi loved being on the farm from a young age where she spent many hours with her Grandma Tina and was the “apple” of her and Grandpa Gale’s eyes. Brandi was kind, compassionate, and hard working. She loved to help support others from family to friends. Her impact on the lives of so many cannot be put into words.

Brandi will be forever loved and remembered by her son Layne of Waubay, SD, parents Arnie and Paula Beisch of Waubay, SD, sisters, Heather (Kevin) Stricherz of Watertown, SD, Heidi (Justin) Bretsch of Watertown, SD, brother Jeremy (Ellen) Beisch of Waubay, SD, nieces, Tangi (Ryan Elliot) Bretsch, Rayce (Matthew Feiock) Bretsch, Kendra Beisch, and Kelynn Beisch, nephews, Keaton Beisch, Thomas Tobin, and Knox Bretsch, and one great-niece Brynlee Feiock.  She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Gale and Tina Beisch, and Fred and Lorraine Jens, aunts Becky Koch and Diana Beisch, uncle Mark Jens, and cousin Ty Jens.
