Rhonda O'Daniel, 58, of Aberdeen and formerly of Webster, passed away Sunday, August 11, 2024, at her home in Aberdeen.

Memorial services will be 10:30 am Friday, August 23, 2024, at the funeral home. Inurnment will be at the Webster Cemetery. 

Rhonda Rae O’Daniel was born December 7, 1965, at Fargo North Dakota. At the age of five months, Rhonda moved into the home of Bob and Sharon Schmidt as a foster child. She attended Webster Public School and attended the United Methodist church in Webster. Rhonda continued to live with the Schmidt family until 1982, when she moved to the Adjustment Training Center in Aberdeen, South Dakota. While residing in Aberdeen, Rhonda worked through ATC at the Lakewood Mall, 3M, and the Federal Building in Aberdeen. She enjoyed swimming, scrapbooking, and shopping.

Rhonda passed away Sunday, August 11, 2024, at Aberdeen, South Dakota at the age of 58 years, 8 months and 4 days.

Left to cherish her memory are her sisters, Shawna (Arnie) Simon of Webster, SD and Shelli Schmidt of Aberdeen, SD. She also is survived by one niece Abby Simon, and two nephews, Tyler Johnson and Benji Simon and her many friends and caregivers in Aberdeen. She was preceded in death by her parents Bob and Sharon Schmidt, brother Scott Schmidt, and two nephews Eric and Chad Simon.
